How to feel at home while enjoying all the perks of the city, this is the property!! A 2 story condo with 3 large bedrooms upstairs.
A townhouse without the worry of maintenance because very well managed by the co-ownership. You will have a beautiful heated inground pool, trees, flowers, a sunny patio, and pleasant neighbors.
All the services are close by ( grocery stores, mall, Galeries de la Capitale, etc.), bicycle path, trails, gyms are nearby too. 15 min from downtown Ste-Foy and 20 min from Old Québec.
