Roof: roof structure was redone in 2015: rafters, vapor barrier, insulation with wool + cellulose (R = 70), ventilation and max-air, deck in 5/8 plywood, self-adhesive membrane, and BP shingles. **
Electricity: all wiring was redone in 2015 with sheathed wires (BX) and the non-communicating meter is 75 ft (22.9 m) from the house with buried wires. The 200 amp panel has not been changed.
