Very bright and naturally enlightened house, receiving the sun light the first half of the day from the east (facing the east) and receiving the second half of the day from the back (the back yard faces west). Has a big, wide master bedroom with walk in closet and two more normal sized bedrooms with a possibility of a fourth bedroom in the basement, in big living area, we used to use as play room, gathering room, when we receive friends, office and studying rooms and many more possibilities.
There is no carpet at all, you'll be very reassured about a better air quality. A bathroom in each floor, upstairs is a full bathroom , middle floor bathroom has a laundry room and basement bathroom is a half bathroom (no bath tub).
The back yard is fully fenced. In the summer time, there is a mature tree that covers half of the yard.
The bathroom in the basement is a real problem solver when you receive friends or when your kids invite their friends for sleep-over.
Situated in a beautiful neighbourhood in one of the most sight after areas in Aylmer, Gatineau ,in a walking distance to all amenities such groceries , banks, restaurants, gyms, French schools and English schools, public library, bus stops, park and ride stops, biking paths, parks, etc.
