-Beautiful townhouse/condo, 4 units close to grocery + Costco + Canadian Tire + Walmart + Home Depot + Réno-Depôt + SAQ + Carrefour de l'Estrie.
Our townhouse/condo includes two very big bedrooms with lots of storage and a bathroom with a separate bath and shower as well as big vanity upstairs as well as a second bathroom with a toilet and washer and dryer downstairs.
-Huge walk-in in the master bedroom.
-2 huge closets of 6 feet each in the other bedroom.
-Linen closet.
-Windows in PVC
-Very quiet area/many retired neighbors.
-Cats and dogs are allowed.

RENOVATION EXECUTED:
-Added heat pump/air conditioning
-Window thermoses have been changed for the windows in the bedrooms upstairs.
Kitchen counter, sink, faucet, and plumbing have been changed as well as some sliding shelves have been added in some cupboards.
-The counters and the faucets have been changed in both bathrooms as well as the plumbing.
-Light fixtures downstairs and fans upstairs have been upgraded.
