Superb divided condominium with private parking, very well soundproofed, pleasant environment lined with trees, parks and flowers. Large plot, nice landscaping and friendly neighborhood.
2 large bedrooms well divided (spaces of two width wardrobes between the two bedrooms) and no wall of the two bedrooms overlooking a neighbor, so very peaceful.
Right to have a BBQ on the balcony. Possibility of rental income of the condo and/or parking. Great potential for improvements and added value. Lot of large storage spaces and DIY piece with vice and shelves. Easy access to the microwave location in the pantry.
Several projects in full bustle and dynamic neighborhood (modernization of the Gabrielle-Roy Library, Tramway project, brand new YMCA community and sports center with indoor pool, double gymnasium, training room, race track, etc...)
