Beautiful stone property with clay tiled roof, perfect for a family, located in a quiet neighborhood close to two schools (elementary and secondary), Terry Fox and Daniel Johnson parks and a bike path and hospital. 4 bedrooms upstairs including a full bathroom adjoining the master bedroom. Up-to-date kitchen with large island and partly renovated basement. Very large lot with mature trees and bordered by cedar hedge and wood fence. Located on the corner of a cul de sac. The paving of the two parking lots, as well as the side entrance, have just been redone. A visit will charm you.
