Beautiful house near several services (school, grocery store, pharmacy, restaurant). Beautiful residential area, quiet. Fast highway access. Several improvements since the purchase in 2018; replacement and demisting of Thermos (2018), installation of a dual-zone wall-mounted heat pump (2018), complete replacement of the kitchen and kitchen and dining room floor covering (2019), replacement of the water heater (2021), new patio in treated wood (2020). Roofing was done by the previous owner in 2016. The backyard is bordered by a 15' cedar hedge for greater privacy. Two appel trees. Pool 21' (date of installation unknown).
