Beautiful property located on a quiet street in the Saint-Gérard district and close to all services, including an elementary school and two parks (soccer, tennis, basketball, baseball, petanque, playground equipment, water games and outdoor skating rink), close to the bike path and only 1.5 km walk from the Carrefour Richelieu mall, 2.2 km from the bus terminal and is 5 minutes away from highway 35. In short, an area where it is good to live.

Its open area with cathedral ceiling and its large windows will charm you for sure! You will have a complete view of the spacious backyard lined with cedar hedges.

The kitchen with its island, the family room in the basement and the laundry room were renovated in 2021 (including insulation). The electricity and plumbing in these rooms were also redone in 2021.
