Big split-level house with a huge backyard (9,000 square feet land). Quiet neighborhood with easy acces to the commercial sector (Costco) and to the highway). Bicycle path and a park less than 300 feet from the house. 5 bedrooms. Lake views from the master bedroom. Walking distance from public water access for kayak and SUP. Mature trees in the yard and along the street. Quiet street without much traffic that ends on a dead end. 2 bathrooms and 2 water rooms. Ideal for a big family. 21 feet pool and large shed in the backyard. Frequent buses at the street corner (5 min walk) that leads to Vaudreuil train station. Excellent respectfull neighbors all around! Possible occupation in 30 or 60 days.
