Price revised for quick sale. Bright big house with mature trees on a big ground. Located near a park, close to the grocery store, pharmacy, and dentist. Neighborhood with many children. Quiet corner with a bike path in the forest at the end of the street. The beach of Saint-Zotique is a great asset for nature lovers who will want to enjoy the water, citizens have free access. 20 minutes from the outdoor base of Saint-Lazare, 40 minutes from Mont Rigaud.
Perfect for a handyman, home needs good loving. Part of the windows on the ground floor were changed in 2012, as well as the patio door on the 2nd floor.
