Renovated house with semi-wooded 1.36 acres. Offers a possibility of bi-generation with several independent entrances. Mature trees in front and in the back. No immediate neighbor. Metal roof redone in November 2020, several repairs to cracks in the concrete foundation covered with plaster including the covered terrace. Complete painting of the exterior and interior house. Excavation of the basement then pouring of a concrete floor (2020), pink insulation (R-7) then gypsum everywhere. Installation for washer and dryer remodeled with 40-gallon hot water tank. New electrical panel. Complete repair of the workshop with door, concrete floor, and R-7 insulation (blue) then gypsum and electric heating. Hardwood floors throughout upstairs (except ceramic bathroom). New shower and bath. Re-stained wood kitchen cabinets. New fixtures.
