Parce que tu peux avoir un condo au rez-de-chaussée avec une terrasse dans un quartier paisible. En prime, tu paye moins cher de taxes que de l'autre côté du pont.. 1700$ par année et les frais de condo sont de 127$ par mois ce qui n'est vraiment pas chère. En passant si tu as un chien, un chat, bref une bebitte, tas le droit, les animaux sont permis. Et j'oubliais, si tu trouve que tu manque de rangement, ce qui est presque impossible, tu pourrais te faire une remise sur le terrain, avec l'accord du syndicat de copropriétaires.
