Des Vals sector. Large high ranch bungalow (27.5' x 52'), ideal for a large family, situated on a quiet street; about 7-8 minutes from downtown.
Large lot (279' x 146') with mature trees which offer a lot of intimacy.
Large windows in all rooms, very bright.
There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor. The basement offers one bedroom, a sewing room, an office, open area for computer, a large family room and large worhshop/storage area.
