During containment, it was the pleasure of not pounding on your feet by having access to 2 floors plus the finished basement, and taking advantage of our large fenced backyard, a courtyard just quite intimate and shaded thanks to mature trees. We loved the neighborhood, where everything is nearby: gazebo, children's parks, convenience store, shopping center and grocery stores. The area is mostly residential, but just close enough to the city center, schools and daycare centers.

Inside, several storage spaces allow to accumulate far too much useless material! Added to this is a concrete slab shed of 3.71 meters x 3.71 meters, with garage door, perfect for winter storage and gardening equipment. We have built up vegetable areas. If you keep them, you will see grow a row of asparagus, a few strawberries and mint next year.

Maybe your 1st or 2nd living room. Heating: convector Orleans purchased in 2020. The room is furnished and a ceramic space hosts the PSG Sahara wood stove installed in 1998. We did not use it and therefore covered the chimney hole to prevent cold air ingress. However, everything is there to make it functional. We had the facility inspected in 2016, and then changed the inner chimney tip and fire bricks to make everything compliant. We have not used since the last sweep (2018?).

Large wardrobe, we had a queen bed and a computer desk, as well as chests of drawers.

The basement bedroom gives access to a very large storage space on concrete floor where the electric panel, the water heater (2010) and the Cyclo Vac central vacuum cleaner (2011) are located, included without legal warranty.
