Located in the middle of the valley of Matapédia, at one hour road from the Baie des Chaleurs and the St-Laurence River, this domain covers 127 hectares (315 acres) with six private houses well equipped.

4 houses fit to live in all seasons, two chalets equipped to live in during summer time, one chalet used as warehouse, one garage and six carriage houses. All these buildings are furnished, very distant and isolated from one another. Calmness and privacy assured (see map on:www.almikatia.com). Five of them have electricity and wood heating and two have only wood heating. Each one with drinkable water.
