Cathedral ceiling with knotty pine in kitchen, dining room and master bedroom, inside balcony with a gangway - perfect gateway for reading or simply admiring the sunsets.

The sale price is under the municipal assesment.

The house has 4 bedrooms. Lots of storage. Large flat lot and detached garage 16 ' x 24' with electric door. In addition, a 8' x 12' shed. A 3-season solarium allows you to extend the beautiful summer season.

Many renovations have been made between 2011 and 2015 including the kitchen, the bathroom, the powder room in the basement, and a custom-made furniture in the master bedroom. Many extra are not visible on pictures. 

Don't hesitate to plan a visit to see all advantage of this dwelling.
