Le soleil y est à partir de 12 h jusqu'au coucher. Deux salles de bain complètes et salle de lavage bien disposée. Fenêtres très grandes pour laisser pénétrer la lumière.
Les chambres sont de très bonnes dimensions et il y a deux garde-robes dans celle des maîtres. Il y a un grand rangement en dessous de l'escalier style split level et une pièce «bureau» que l'on peut facilement changer en rangement selon vos besoins.
La cour extérieure est clôturée et l'entrée avant asphaltée. La maison est située dans un secteur paisible avec une rue en forme de «U» qui est peu passante. Deux parcs sont à moins de 5 min à pied.
Près de tous les services, garderie, magasins, dépanneur, etc., mais surtout près de la nouvelle école. Un petit plus très alléchant!!
