House on 2 floors, in a very sought after area of Saint-François, near the International school, the hospital, as well as all shops and services. 10 minutes walk from downtown and Rue Lafontaine with its restaurants and shops. 5 minutes' drive to the shopping center and all supermarkets.
Landscaping and asphalt renovations, the entrance hall with new plasterboard and the installation of a patio door giving access to the very large backyard, renovated in 2020. Three parking spaces available with a double entrance.
Kitchen and dining room also renovated, contemporary style.
Upstairs we find a bathroom and four beautiful bedrooms, very clean and with hardwood floors and rugs.
The house is very well insulated both in terms of heat preservation in winter and coolness in summer. Very bright with good energy efficiency.
Concrete basement, less than 6 feet, with a cold room. Access from outside available.
