Residence built in 2009 (seller: sole owner). Lake front property situated on a 1 ¼ acre lot bordering Baker lake with 256 feet frontage on the water. Private road. Quiet setting. Mature trees (cedars).

Foundation: 4-foot concrete foundation, foam insulated.

Residence: 2 X 6 walls plus 2 styrofoam on the interior.

Heating system: central heating heat pump and cooling system HVAC (high velocity). Includes air exchanger, humidifier and dehumidifier. High efficiency. Supplies heat and air conditioning.

Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms.

Residential septic tank emptied every 2 years, included in municipal taxes.

Installation/set-up  for 2 RVs with water, electricity and septic (holding tank) independent from residence. Water (5), electrical outlets (6) and lighting (8) at several areas on the property.  Electricity to the 2 sheds (PVC) 10 x 10 and to the 20 X 24 foot portable garage.

-Restaurant with boating docks.

-Other restaurant and convenience store nearby.
