Lover of nature, my rustic cottage located on the edge of the small Squatec lake is made for you. Built by a local craftsman in 2015. It is clad in cedar planks and an aluminum roof. There is a sheltered terrace and a gallery that makes 2 sides of the cottage.
No visible electrical wires, the wiring is buried. The septic tank with purification field and a surface well for water.
The cottage comes furnished. It is possible to live there in the 4 seasons. There is a dock for mooring a boat. There is wooded land and a stream that flows all year round.
I am close to Lac-Témiscouata National Park, the ZEC Owen and the Acer estate. There are activities for all seasons: water sports, hunting and fishing, hiking, snowshoeing and so on.
In winter, you can observe the passage of deer while sipping hot chocolate by the fire!
