Very nice bungalow with swimming pool on a large 31,000 sq.ft plot and a beautiful open area in a very quiet area, without neighbors.

Très beau plain-pied avec piscine sur un grand terrain de 31 000 pi2 et une belle aire ouverte dans un quartier très tranquille, sans voisin.
L'intérieur est au goût du jour et les 3 chambres ont été refaites entièrement. Les couloirs et les portes sont très larges, ce qui permet aisément de s'adapter aux personnes à mobilité réduite.
Beaucoup de rénovations ont été faites au fil des années (poêle en 2014, toiture, haie de cèdres, champ d'épuration et fosse septique en 2015, douche en 2017, clôture en 2018, patio et piscine en 2020...)
Vous apprécierez l'environnement calme et intime sans être perdu dans un rang.
Une fois sur votre grand patio, vous pourrez profiter de la belle chaleur, plus élevée qu'au bord du fleuve. Les cerisiers, pruniers et pommiers, qui fournissent abondamment, seront là pour vous fournir un peu d'ombre. Et en fin de journée, une petite ballade aux chutes à Ti-Mé ou encore au vignoble Carpinteri (situés tout deux à 5 minutes à pieds) vous enchantera.
L'hiver, la proximité des sentiers de raquettes et de ski de fond vous tiendra en forme, et la piste de motoneige vous donnera de belles occasions de virées.
