Beautiful and welcoming house, located on the banks of the Saint-Laurent river, with direct access to the river. A house in the front row of the most spectacular sunsets.
On the ground floor, you will find an open space filled with windows enabling you to view the Saint-Laurent river from dusk to dawn.
In 2004, a second floor was added along with an integrated garage. The house has three bedrooms (with the possibility of adding two additional bedrooms), three bathrooms and a cold room. The back of the house gives access to a very long terrace located right next to the beach.
Recent works: new terrace in treated wood (2016), new roof on the original portion of the house (2017) and new water heater (2017).
Ideal for active people, with direct access to the beach where you can take long walks up to the pier and even catch a few fish. The house is located less than 30 minutes away from the ski resort Mont Comi and close to numerous hiking trails.
