This single family house comes with a large and intimate back yard thanks to the cedar hedges that delimit it. Very comfortable home with its radiant system of heating floors in winter and the wallmount air conditioning in summer that will keep you tempered.

It is oriented towards the southwest and has beautiful windows, which gives it a wonderful luminosity.

Built in 2000 with noble materials such as cherrywood cabinets with maple and ceramic floors. No chipboard. Rooftop has been changed in august 2019. The warranty is transferable to the new owners.

The cost of rebuilding this house is evaluated at $350 thousand according to the insurance company.
