On the same level is a bedroom, a workshop, storage and laundry room.


On the second floor, the living-dining room has a huge open area, bright and with 11 feet high ceilings. The other rooms are numerous, very bright, and each has its own vocation.


On the third floor is a very large artist's studio, with a view of the river. Two office spaces, a library, a training room, and two other rooms, one of which is in the former chapel.
The attic (fourth floor), formerly the children's dormitory, is now unheated and used as storage space.
