Your future home is located in a safe neighborhood with low traffic density although it is very well located near Highway 55. Located near daycare centers, elementary and secondary schools and not far from the CÉGEP de Drummondville, you can follow your children in their quest for a prosperous future.
For you and your family, several city amenities are within walking distance: a park with recent games and a basketball court in front of the house, a second one 300 meters away with games and lots of trees, a bike path exactly behind the house which is hidden by a cedar hedge and more.
The house had only one owner and he took good care: asphalt redone in 2017, installation of a heat pump/air cooling in 2018, recent roof in 2019 as well as the water heater which was changed in 2022.
