Owners’ comments
Turnkey house, made for great outdooring. A lot of natural lighting. Absolutely nothing to do. Clean and easy landscaping, with lighting under certain trees and in certain flowerbeds. The lawn is in great condition with an automatic watering system in both the front and back yard. The backyard is fenced in, to keep your pets nice and safe. There is a water fountain, surrounded by lavender and a high-end gazebo.
The Gazebo is 12 x 14 feet, it is a Cuscini Design Cabrio (meaning the roof can be opened). There is electricity in the Gazebo, and there is radiant heating.
There are two other outdoor areas, the balcony which is 12 x 14 in fiberglass, and a concrete terrace 14 x 15 on the ground. The sides under the balcony are closed for extra storage. The balcony has an aluminum hand railing. The ground under the balcony is covered with concrete tiles. There is electricity under the balcony, and the irrigation system is found there.
There is a large red sun umbrella, for the ground terrasse, which can be turned and inclined to meet your particular requirements. The base is set in concrete, so will not tip over.
All the ceilings on the first floor are 9 feet high, the basement ceiling is 8 feet high.
The house is easy to heat and cool. It is certified Novoclimat with a thermopump. The basement is with floorboards.
The foundation concrete is covered with an acrylic finish for a clean look.
PVC cranked windows.
The gutters are attached to underground pipes to have complete control of the rain water. There are also gutters on the shed.
There is landscaping around the shed to avoid having to pass the lawnmower.

The neighbors are quiet.
