"Shabby chic" style, beautiful condo on two levels, very bright and sunny (south-west orientation). Completely renovated between 2016-2018 with high-end materials. Living rooms opening on the patio area.

Plenty of windows, central air conditioning. Exemplary cleanliness, non-smoking, no animals, meticulously maintained. Quiet complex, very good neighborhood, within walking distance of the shopping center, restaurants etc.
