This unique property includes a large open area house with a vineyard, well drained land producing grains, all buildings and equipments. All the production is certified organic by Ecocert since 2013. Great potential of wine production expansion with minimal investments. The charming and inviting wine tasting room creates a relaxed and enjoyable experience for the customers. The proximity of the city of Drummondville (with a population of over 90,000) and our location near highway 20 and 55 are major assets for agrotourism. Top notch equipments, allow vinification using the most modern techniques helping in wine production of great quality. Production buildings are built using top quality materials. Our wines gathered many awards and distinctions in 2018. Distributed in more than 20 stores in Québec.

Large house 2,900 sq ft . Major renovations in 2008-2009 (kitchen, hard wood floors, central heating and air conditionning by geothermy) New septic tank and drain field in 2013. Exterior siding in Steff redone in 2015. New rooftop in 2016. The open space central part of the house includes the kitchen, dining room and living room, all well lit by more than 25 feet of windows and patio doors giving you a superb view on the vineyard. 9 feet high ceiling. -Winery: 35 x 40 ft built in 2013, PVC walls filled with concrete. Wine tank section, bottle warehouse, barrel room and laboratory. It's all there and fully operational. New septic tank and drain field in 2013 for the production wastes. Main electric panel 400 A (lots of room for expansion).
-Tasting room: 15 x 40 ft adjacent to the winery and front facing. Long tasting bar, office space and restroom. Alcool sale licence from Régie des Alcools du Québec.
-Machinery shed: 40 x 58 ft, built in 2012, exterior steel siding, 13 ft ceiling, 2 large 14 ft x 12 ft sliding doors.
-Tool shop: 20x24 ft, large 13,5 x 12 ft insulated garage door, reinforced concrete floor , exterior and interior walls with steel siding. Main electric panel 100 A and electric outlet for welder.
-Garden shed: 10x16 ft, concrete floor.
-Farm equipments: The farm is equiped for grapes and wine production.
-Farm land: Total surface is 17,5 ha (about 44 acres) including 2 ha in grapes (9,000 vines) and 12,5 ha with crops rented. All the land was drained and laser levelled in 2011. Large vegetable gardens (more than 10,000 sq ft).

The land, equipments and winery allow for expansion in production of wine.
