Owners’ comments
All brick triplex located in a peaceful area near all services. Grocery store, pharmacy, cycle path. The hospital and the city center are within walking distance. Public transportation around the corner. The district has 2 primary schools and a secondary school, as well as the CEGEP, are accessible on foot by a pedestrian tunnel nearby.
The triplex has 1 X 5: 1/2 with basement and 2 X 3: 1/2 upstairs. It also has a detached garage, which is rare in the market. We should also mention the very intimate large backyard. The occupancy rate is 100% with very good tenants.
The Construction Year (1958) does not seem too much since several renovations have been made there such as asphalt, roofing, several windows, the front balconies are now in fiber with aluminum railings, hot water tanks and more.
All of the floor coverings in each of the apartments are hardwood and ceramic. A visit is essential .....
