The cottage is situated on a 46,000 square feet land with a large terrasse and a 18 feet swim-spa. An exclusive set-up can be compare to villas around the World.

The open floor plan with huge catherale windows are perfect for entertaining in grand style. The garage is facing the lake, stone wall fireplace  and comes with a 56 feet aluminum dock.

Paradise at the point! The beautiful sunsets will embellish your evenings as much as a tropical vacation. The micro-climat of this area will give you a couple of degrees more than Quebec city, just unbelievable.
