Century home, a peaceful haven located in central Quebec, halfway between Montreal and Quebec City. A small piece of paradise on a private lake in a calm and peaceful environment.

This 100-year-old property has been fully renovated inside and out. The interior is now open concept and features a wonderful stone fireplace and a slow-burning wood stove that separate the dining room and the living room.

On the magnificent 50,000 sq. ft. site, in addition to the lake there is a gazebo and its accessories, a waterfall, many trees and beautiful flowers surrounding the property and the lake. Every spring, many wild ducks come to seek shelter on the island in the middle of the lake and stay there all summer. The property is on a dead-end street making it possible to go hiking or cycling. You can also use an all-terrain vehicle on the various surrounding trails.
