Magnificent house in the countryside, located in Notre-Dame-de-Ham 20 minutes from Victoriaville. Construction 2005, choice of materials, and good quality insulation. Kitchen cabinets redone in June 2020. Double garage with the vinyl interior finished. Wood and electric heating.
