Probably one of the most beautiful houses in the area! 

As soon as you enter this house, you will be charmed by its warm appearance and its 9-foot ceilings with breathtaking country beams.

The finish of this house is beyond the standards of construction ... notice all the moldings above the large windows ... breathtaking! 7-inch baseboards are all around the house. All doors are solid wood and frosted window.

 

This open concept house is very bright thanks to its triple patio door in the dining room (opens on both sides) facing south-west, which means that very little heating is needed in winter ... All windows are guillotine which can be detached in the center to facilitate cleaning. Very high quality.

The kitchen blinds are new from 2018 (value $ 1500) and are custom made and left with the sale of the house as well as all the curtains and blinds of the ground floor.

 There is wire for natural gas in the kitchen.

The ceiling design of the master bedroom is unique and leaves no one indifferent.

All floors of bedrooms and living room on the first floor are cherry. And the floor of the kitchen and dining room is very thick slate upscale.

 

There is a huge ceramic shower on the ground floor (L shaped) and a newly built (2019) in the basement.

This house has plenty of storage: 2 large wardrobes in the master bedroom, a huge wardrobe in the bathroom on the ground floor, a large closet in bedroom 2, two walk-in closets. 3 x 11 feet in bedroom 3 and 5, a huge closet under the stairs, huge mezzanine storage of about 4 x 14.8 feet in the garage, and a cabana of 8 x 10 feet.

The entire basement floor is made of industrial grade wood - the best on the market today and is new from December 2018. You will notice going down to the basement that the molding and woodwork continue to adorn the walls of this splendid House. The rooms are really big and you can breathe thanks to its 8 feet ceilings. Recessed lights were added in 2012 to increase the brightness.

The floor of the bathroom of the ground floor was changed in May 2019, the painting was redone to entire house 2018 by student painters, the front gallery repainted in May 2019, the three back galleries (built in 2013) were repainted in summer 2018. You will be charmed by the grandeur of the three terraces in treated wood. 12x16 16x20 and 12x14 ... You could do a big party with family!

Beautiful landscaping all around the house. Two cedar hedges and a hemlock fence repainted in 2017 contour the back yard. And you will love the tranquility of the place because the house is located on a street corner, has no neighbor behind or on the side (the neighbor next door has the equivalent of two fields). It is located 3 minutes from Highway 20 and 50 minutes from the Tunnel.

Two paved driveway entrances with paving stone outline 2014 value of $ 15000. The driveway located on Taschereau street is big enough to park your trailer (mine is 27feet and was parked all winter long)

Independent entrance for the basement by the garage. The independent entrance leads to bedroom 5, so you can make your own home office.
