ENJOY THE RELAXING ATMOSPHERE OF A CHALET AND THE COMFORT OF A HOUSE!

Magnificent country house on a large wooded lot. Located in a quiet area with no rear neighbors. Peaceful place 10 minutes from Highway 20 and one hour from Quebec.

Solid cherry wood kitchen cabinets. The kitchen cabinets, the cabinets in the two bathrooms, and all the woodwork were custom made by a cabinet maker. Kitchen with lots of storage.

Never walk on a Lego again! Hidden children's playroom located on the small mezzanine accessible by a secure ladder. You can cook while conversing with your children playing on the mezzanine or your guests enjoying a glass of wine and the fireplace in the adjacent living room.

Very large living room. Large office with a lot of natural light, ideal for teleworking. Small intimate training room. Central vacuum, heat pump, alarm system.

The windows, the exterior cladding, and the tin roofs are new (house, garage, and 1 shed).

Large insulated and heated garage with pine cabinets. Large parking lot. Enjoy the summer with the large illuminated gazebo with mosquito nets overlooking the heated swimming pool and the large terrace. Two sheds (one of which may serve as a henhouse).
