Large house with income in Saint-Wenceslas, located between Victoriaville (20 min.), Drummondville (30 min.) and Trois-Rivières (15 min. from the bridge). Near Nicolet (20 min.) and Bécancour (15 min.).

House with 7 bedrooms (4 on the 1st floor, 2 on the ground floor, one in the basement). This home offers plenty of storage. It is bright and cozy with its brick construction on all four sides of the ground floor. There is many large rooms with windows making the inside very sunny.

Perfect for bi-generation house. Ideal for large families, foster care, child care or other project. Zoned residential and commercial.

Near the grocery store and the Caisse Desjardins. No neighbors in the back, overlooking a park and church.

The house has 2 very good quality new apartments 4 1/2 (2014 and 2017) at the end of the house with access to their private land.
