1889 ancestral home of 1,600 square feet on two floors. Careful maintenance for several years. Exterior siding replaced in 1997, PVC windows installed in 1998, ground floor rent (4 1/2) completely redone in 1999, rent (5 1/2) plumbing and taps on the second floor replaced in 1999, galleries were redone in 2000, PVC patio and staircase and aluminum railing in 2019, sheet metal roof replaced in 2016 and ground floor rent electrical box replaced in 2020.
