Owners’ comments
Two-storey house near the waterfront with partial view of the river and access to the public beach and a big dock within 60 meters as well as a coop swimming pool. English garden flowers and has 2 water basins and several patios and a huge veranda.
Wood floor in all rooms except the 2 bathrooms, and they are in ceramic.
The kitchen and 2 bathrooms have been recently renovated. New water heater and plumbing in 2016.
Furnished house with a lot of tastel.
Possibility of making an art shop (license in hand) or a RBNB site. It was a bed and breakfast before.
