Magnificent house, 4 seasons, of 3 floors on the edge of lake 'du Huit' in Adstock (8 km from Thetford Mines). Located 1 hour from Québec City, 2:30 from Montreal, less than 15 minutes from a ski center and two golf courses. Dream site for telework with internet high speed and cellular network.
The house is on a rock cape - horseshoe-shaped land, semi-wooded finished with shrubs, mature trees, grass, decorative stones, and stone sidewalks. There are 63.83 meters (209.29 ft) of frontage facing the lake. The street 'des Orchidées' is a dead-end road that ends at the beginning of the house entrance, there is no 'rue des Lilas' on the property as illustrated on Google Maps. (Adstock cadastre 134683) 'Lac du Huit' is a head lake, therefore always has plenty of water for watercraft and seaplanes can land easily.
The interior finishing is entirely made of pine with visible beams and decorative bricks.
