Maison Lumineuse au bord du fleuve Saint-Laurent. Vue magnifique sur l'île aux Grues, Mont Sainte-Anne et Charlevoix. A 45 minutes des ponts et à 16 Km des services de Montmagny

L'entrée a été asphaltée en 2013. Patio, balcon en bois traité. Abri auto en prolongation de la maison en 2011 comme la toiture neuf. En 2008 réaménagement complet des pièces et changement de toutes les fenêtres et portes, portes patio et françaises ainsi que la plomberie et électricité. En 2009 agrandissement complet d'une pièce de 30 m2 avec salle de bain et une partie salon qui sert actuellement de chambre location aux vacanciers avec une note de 9,8/10 par booking.com. En 2013 le traitement de l'eau est chloré avec filtre de charbon pour supprimer le chlore et un système par osmose pour une qualité irréprochable + Nettoyage du puits artésien. Vous trouverez aussi un échangeur d'air + air climatisé avec thermos pompe. Les photos de transformations sont disponibles sur demande sur toutes les pièces de la maison.

Cabanon construit en 2010, isolé 3 saisons avec chauffage et électricité. Peut-être utilisé comme boutique pour un revenu .
