Magnificent cedar house in an enchanting location at about 30 minutes from Quebec city.

  • First floor is an open design.
  • It's a four season 2 storey house with an acces to the beach. 

It is situated on a rural road near the city of Montmagny. It combines the tranquillity of a summer cottage and the commodity of all the services, including a Hospital.

While it is a full four season house, the private road is not opened in winter. Ideal for seasonal occupation or snowmobile enthousiasts. Of course there is always the option of having the road plowed.

There is a building on the property that is big enough to store machines and/or sport equipment. Also a older, small chalet, ready to be transformed in a workshop or any other vocation.

The woodstove is included, an as needed, the appliances and some of the furniture can be left.

Reason of the sale is diminished health.
