Semi-detached almost new with modern and sleek open concept, built in 2015.
Located in a quiet and family area in St-Apollinaire.
The entire front part (main entrance) is currently my office (photography studio). It is therefore currently perfectly equipped for a self-employed worker (working at home). Therefore, guests do not have access to the house since there is a large sliding door to divide the office and privacy. If you do not need this space, it is easily possible to put back the divisions:D!!

Les clients n'ont donc pas accès à la maison puisqu'il y a une grande porte coulissante afin de diviser le bureau et vie privée. Si vous n'avez pas besoin de cet espace, il est facilement possible de remettre les divisions :D !!
