Located in the heart of the village of Saint-Flavien, 20 minutes from the bridges, awaits you a beautiful ancestral house built in 1880, on 2 floors having kept its old style. Close to snowmobile and ATV trails, directly located on the main street, 2 steps from elementary school, park and playground, dek hockey, etc., 8 km from secondary schools and only 3 km from the grocery store, pharmacies and services (gym, municipal swimming pool, restaurants, small shops), public transport, as well as access to highway 20. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have floors on the large original plank that you can sand, stain or varnish, the 3rd still carpet, as well as a large powder room, which can become a very nice bathroom. On the ground floor are the master bedroom, the kitchen and the open-plan dining room with pellet fireplace for cold winter days, as well as a closed living room. A garage and workshop attached to the house will be very practical in winter or if you like to tinker. The landscaped grounds, a small 110-volt spa, the water heater no longer works but just the motor that turns causes the water to heat up to 90 degrees in summer, I use it as a small swimming pool, a large gallery for your summer evenings, mature trees, parking large enough for several cars, respectful, exceptional neighbors who can be counted on surround you.
