Beautiful cottage located in a quiet area, on a dead-end street. Near a primary school and a park. Impeccable maintenance. Roof redone in 2018. South-facing backyard. Matures trees. Beautiful garden with spa and a large stamped concrete deck, part of which is covered with a roof. Driveway of concrete and asphalt that can park 4 cars. There is also a shed in the backyard.

The interior of the garage is finished in vinyl and the concrete floor is covered with a membane of epoxy. Excavated garage, offering lots of storage. Staircase giving access to the basement by the garage.

Very functional kitchen with granit countertops, good work surfaces, wood cabinets and sliding shelves.
