Located in the village of St-Jacques-de-Leeds about 20 minutes from Thetford Mines, Sainte-Marie de Beauce and 45 minutes from Quebec.

Built in 1994, it has an attached garage, insulated and heated 24 feet x 24 feet. 10-foot ceiling with independent entrance for access to the basement.

Large shed: 25 square feet X 16.5 feet with heated workshop and storage space upstairs

Several renovations done in 2019:

  • upstairs patios and doors as well as the kitchen.
