Owners’ comments

That 2 storey house was built in 1896 but was renovated over the years. It comprises 12.5 rooms, including the attic which is habitable in summer.

Especially this year, the floor coverings and the bath were replaced. In addition, a complete interior paint job was done.

The three rooms are located on the second floor and there are two exterior parking spots.

At the back, we find the summer kitchenette which offers great possibilities of expansion as it faces South, over a large ground and forest.

The mansion is almost totally furnished and is ready for immediate occupation.
