Coquette centenary house, located on an enchanting site in the heart of the Appalachian Mountains on the edge of Armagh and Sainte-Euphémie-sur-Rivière-du-Sud.
The property is located just 45 minutes from Lévis and 30 minutes from Montmagny.
This farmhouse is renovated, the roof and mantle of the fireplace were made back 2010. The water pump is new from 2020 and the water tank was redone 2018. Electricity has been completely redone to 2021 standards this spring and the house is freshly repainted in full. The septic tank and the sewage field are compliant and the work was completed in 2017.
The property includes a one-and-a-half-storey centenary house, including two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen/dining room, a storage space (locker) and a stone basement.
