Located in a small peaceful village, our beautiful house is suitable for any lifestyle and owner. Bright and well divided, the configuration offers privacy in the bedrooms, and the large central rooms allow large families to gather there. Its main attraction; the huge backyard which offers a breathtaking view of the St. Lawrence River. A private staircase leads us directly to a small semi-private beach by the river.

The dining room, patio and basement have been recently renovated. The bedroom on the ground floor has its private bathroom, as well as an adjacent walk-in closet. The downstairs doors are all French doors or glass doors, letting light in everywhere.

On the first floor:
Large bedroom with a walk-in, a bathroom with whirlpool bath, living room, kitchen with central island and dining room. Open concept style. Ceramic and floating wood. Very bright, view of the river.

Basement:
Two recently renovated bedrooms, redone suspended ceiling, bathroom with shower and washer-dryer, storage space and large open-air room that can be used as a second living room, games room or reception room. Storage under the stairs. Windows in all rooms.

The huge heated garage was built less than 10 years ago to store and maintain a transport truck.
