Located in Sacré-Coeur on the North Coast, Auberge Le Campagnard is 15 minutes from Tadoussac, a popular village for tourists from all over the world. Over the years, the Auberge has gained an excellent reputation and a good turnover thanks to the tourist clientele faithful to the appointment every year.
The Auberge is located 8 km from the marina of L'Anse-de-Roche (Saguenay River), 13 km from Parc Saguenay (Sainte-Marguerite River), 15 km from the pier for whale excursions and 118 km from the town of Saguenay (Chicoutimi). All services are nearby: pharmacy, food market, post office, hardware store, CLSC, banking, schools, church, etc.
It is a large, warm and very lit house fully furnished. It has eight bedrooms, two of them with private bathroom and six sharing three bathrooms. A very large living room and a beautiful recently renovated kitchen are at the disposal of guests. This house dating back to 1956 has undergone all the necessary renovations in recent years: windows, roofing, insulation and cladding, bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchens, veranda, galleries... A new sign has even been installed in the summer of 2019!
Outside there is an asphalt parking for 8 cars, a nice gazebo closed, air-conditioned and equipped with a kitchen and three sheds. Note that the entrance, hydro-electric service, is underground so no mast or wires after the house.

C'est une grande maison chaleureuse et très éclairée entièrement meublée. Elle dispose de huit chambres, dont deux avec salle de bain privée et six se partageant trois salles de bain. Un très grand salon et une magnifique cuisine récemment rénovée sont à la disposition de la clientèle. Cette maison datant de 1956 a subi toutes les rénovations nécessaires au cours des dernières années : fenêtres, toiture, isolation et revêtement, salles de bain, chambres, cuisines, véranda, galeries... Une nouvelle enseigne a même été installée à l'été 2019!
À l'extérieur, on y trouve un stationnement asphalté pour 8 autos, un joli gazebo fermé, climatisé et équipé d'une cuisine et trois remises. À noter que l'entrée, service hydro-électrique, est souterraine donc aucun mât ni fils après la maison.
Après vingt ans d'opération, le propriétaire a décidé de passer le flambeau.
