Pretty and charming 3 bedroom cottage on a beautiful 25,977 sq ft lot. Beautiful luminosity, facing south. Detached garage.
Construction in early 1940. Renovated in the last few years with great care.
Open concept kitchen, dining room and living room with wood stove. The modern, open and functional kitchen is completed by a 6' x 8' pantry/storage.
The exterior siding is made of cedar shingles. The roof is made of aluminum tiles... for life! (1993) (50-year invoice and warranty). Quality sash windows: aluminum on the outside and wood on the inside (1990?). At the back, large window and steel door (2012). Recent basement windows (2016). 2011 water heater. The house was completely re-insulated in 2012 with the exception of the basement. The exterior of the house and garage completely repainted in 2017-18.
