Superb cottage style semi-detached at the entrance of the Old Village, Rive-Gauche district, 5 minutes from the ski slopes. You will love its warm and comfortable atmosphere and the soothing view of the surrounding nature.
Located in a peaceful area, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, it is exposed to the sun from morning to evening, with a nice rear view of the church and the illuminated slopes of Bromont. 5 minutes walk from all services (grocery stores, pharmacy, post office, banks) and the beautiful street Shefford with its small gourmet restaurants.
Very close to the golf course of the Old Village by the walking/cross-country skiing trail that passes behind the house.
The highway entrance is 5 minutes by boulevard de Bromont and the easy access to exit 74 by Chemin Compton makes it easy to avoid traffic and quickly reach Highway 10.
